Laveys Got Talent

A big thanks to everyone involved in Laveys Got Talent- the weekend was a massive success!

Thanks to all the men who helped with the stage setup, Donard and Joe who did an excellent job with the lights, sound and video, the clean up crew who got the hall back in shape after Friday night and again on Sunday morning, the boys who helped out with the stage layout between the acts and all the volunteers who attended the bar and did the door on the two nights.

A special thanks to all the acts who took part and their mentors (Kirsty, Kim, Geraldine & Helen to name a few). The acts put in a serious amount of work in the run up to the event and it paid off. So many members of the audience commented on the great quality and variety of the acts and it was ultimately this which made the event such a success. Thanks also to Seamus Downey who did an excellent job (as always) as host, and to our seven judges (Tommy, Shauna, Donal, Joe, Mary, Kevin and Ronan).

Finally, thanks to all those who came out and supported the event!
