We offer a wide range of classes in a variety of styles including high energy, toning, dance and relaxation! All our classes are delivered by qualified, experienced staff that will provide you with the technical advice to ensure you get the most out of your session, and the motivation you may need to inspire you along the way!
All our classes are PAY AS YOU GO! No club membership is necessary (although booking may be required –refer to timetable below).
This indoor cycling class will burn fat, improve stamina and tone! Classes last approx 50mins. We are also introducing a Total Beginner spin class on a Friday 6-6.45 for all those who are new to the spinning concept.
An intensive training camp which uses various forms of exercise to push the participants- breaking through mental and physical barriers to achieve their goals, Classes will take place in a variety of environments to keep things fun and interesting! Improve fitness levels, lose weight and improve strength and endurance!
An effective workout for the whole body which will burn fat, build strength and tone! Exercises take place in the form of interval training; the participant moves through a series of ‘exercise stations’ which each which targets a specific muscle or body area.
Young at Heart
Fitness classes for the more mature members of the community combining light exercise such as armchair aerobics and walking to improve joint function, strength and bone density. Exercises are adapted to cater for differing levels of ability! Also a great opportunity for socializing; members enjoy a cup of tea and a bite of lunch!
Kirsty’s Dance Class
Fun and exciting dance class for kids in which they will learn new routines, gets lots of exercise and improve confidence and balance!
3 x 20mins of different exercises including circuits, spinning, kettlebells, boxercise etc.
Strengthing and toning class which focuses on the core muscles of the body.
YOGA Every Monday @7.30 only £36 for 6 weeks
